Shipping, Return & Cancellation
We exclusively use registered courier services for shipping within India. Orders are usually dispatched within 6-8 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays
Product Shipping
We process all orders from our warehouse in Greater Noida,Uttarpradesh and delivery will be to the shipping address provided during the checkout process.
Non-Availability During Delivery
Our delivery partners will make two delivery attempts before returning the package to us. To expedite delivery, kindly ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code, along with a valid mobile number.
Payment Options
Maven Choco & Gifting requires full payment before shipping orders. You can make payments through net banking, credit cards, debit cards, or opt for cash on delivery, with an additional charge of either INR 100.00 or 2% of the product bill value, depending on which amount is higher.
Returns
At Maven Choco & Gifting, we are dedicated to providing a smooth transaction experience on our website and delivering products of the highest quality standards. Our general policy entails not accepting returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered in perfect condition as per the order. Nevertheless, if you happen to receive an incorrect product (one that doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or a product with genuine damage, we are more than happy to replace it for you. It’s important to note that refunds are not granted under any circumstances.
To begin a return or report any damages during transit, kindly reach out to our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@mavenchocogifting.com. When contacting us, please provide your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and include a photograph of the incorrectly delivered or damaged item. Our customer care team will promptly investigate the issue and aim to respond within 48 business hours. Due to the specific nature of our products, we maintain the discretion to determine an appropriate resolution for each case. Please understand that each request for a return or exchange is treated as a unique case.
Cancellation
We will refrain from processing any cancellations once the order has been dispatched. Instead, we will only entertain cancellation requests prior to order dispatch or within 24 hours of order placement, whichever occurs first.
Please note that we are unable to provide refunds in situations involving incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, two unsuccessful delivery attempts made by our shipping agency, or if the recipient declines the package.
